CASE FILE: Transmutation Equipment

NAME:
Tornado blast

TYPE:
→ Alchemy: Elemental

LEVEL:
one

FORM:
→ He has it on a necklace, on his fan, and he writes it on his hands.

BRIEFING:
→ The circle is simple and easy to draw, The outer circle is very faintly drawn. In fact, at a distance it cannot be seen at all. The inner parts of the circle are bold It consists of three circles with curved tails.

Otto’s Alchemy forms a cuncussive burst of air that gives a hard push to anything in it's path. at a distance the waves are strong enough to push a person several feet(if charged properly) but up close it can be damaging to the internal organs. the attach can be stopped by solid objects(brick walls, rocks,etc) the object must either be very heavy or secured to the ground. It can be dodged at a distance but this takes a rather fast person(not to mention descent reflexes). The only other way to stop the attack is to hit it with an attack of equal or stronger strength.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

The attack is amplified hugely by the swing of his fan increasing the distance and th overall size of the attack. The attack moves much faster(but take a little more time to use) ,and generally falls to the ground ripping up the surface and throwing debris as it flies. The attack is often described as being a huge shark swimming at it's target.

Interesting, but this sort of ability is more along the lines of a level three. My character's alchemy (Reila's) is actually extremely similar. I'm going to ask you to start small for level one. As you level up, you character is going to develop in ways that astound even you. That's the way MDA works. Eventually, I bet you're even going to trim away the Naruto echoes you have in your apps including this one. But we can worry about development later. So for now, start with something really basic think about it. Maybe something like a vacuum or like a baseball machine that sends out a propulsion of air.

Okay, the briefing looks good, but basically that second paragraph should be in the special abilities section. The briefing is how you do it and the weaknesses; like say how they can dodge or prevent your alchemy from rupturing their organs. Also, you say that when aimed at the head it can be fatal, but remember people have skulls. Think about wind versus air pressure and figure out if you are manipulating the air or the pressure. There's a difference in that air pressure can completely crush a person, whereas air is wind and can push a person.

Excellent addition, however, the special abilities part still makes no sense to me. That section is where you basically explain what the alchemy is. Like you would say it's a burst of air that does this and blah blah blah. You mention spinning and a boomerang effect. If it's just a burst of air amplified from waving the fan with alchemy, then it's not going to spin.
