DESCRIPTION:
→ Deadra is built like a supermodel. Standing five feet seven inches tall and weighing a mere one-hundred and thirty-four pounds, she could pose for any magazine and have minor scrutiny to her physique. From head to toe, she looks nothing like the ordinary Amestrian breed. From her soft facial construction to her hourglass figure. Her eyes are an oceanic green color, but along the rim of her iris is a teal tinge. Her body is kept in relatively fit condition, despite her distaste for physical activities. Her hair is a light winter blonde color, and kept fairly long.

As far as her clothing, she sticks to a ritual apparel of much the same thing. She covers her hair in her blue balmoral cap, making it seem like she has short hair. She wears a blue cloak, long black socks, and blue miltary boots. When she is in battle she wears a jolting sapphire uniform dress with a white collar and a short red tie with two separate long sleeves with two heavy metal bands and a long red straps, white gloves, and carries two giant hand-canons.


PERSONALITY:
→ Deadra is staunchly loyal, firm, and unbending in her beliefs. She is a hard worker and takes a strong moral stance — she particularly believes in following orders. She is generally reserved and truly not arrogant in any manner like most of a Genius intelligence, though she is not above mocking/joking around with her opponent nor her colleagues. She will not hesitate in the slightest to strike down even her subordinates if they stand in her way. She chooses to ignore all her subordinates believing that personal struggle builds character, such struggle is the only way to survive in the North Briggs Militia.

She is a very serious and pragmatic person who often puts up with her colleagues antics, but like all subordinates, she is extremely respectful of her superiors and follows their instructions without hesitation. She is almost always carrying a notebook, but not one made of paper. In her free time, she is a rather Masterful Hacker. She uses these skills to research the archive of her surrounding competitors and steal any information she can to advance her inventions. She is rather proud of her inventions and maintains that she will change the world to no longer require Alchemy as a defense. Her knowledge of things is by far the most extraordinary thing about her, for a young woman that is.

Despite her intellectual prowess, she has Eidetic memory to the point that its superhuman. Giving her the ability to retain and learn things at an astounding rate of speed. If she can see it, it won't be long before she can mimic it to perfection. She has an astounding gift in art, literature, and electronics. She's also began dabbling in auto-mail, and has begun to show adept aptitude in it. She strive to learn everything she can about the world before she dies.

HISTORY:
→ Deadra was abandoned as a child and raised on the streets of Central. She was raped multiple times and tried to commit suicide three times...well not really. Deadra was born to a loving family and was very much so loved. She was quite a studious young woman and graduated from her studies at the young age of fourteen. She intrigued the North Briggs army with her talent and was taken in at the age of fifteen and made to do basic grunt work. Her physical strength lacked at such an age for a young girl, so in the still of knight she began making something to aid her in her daily work. After a year of attempts, she finally managed to construct a functioning muscle suit to boost her physical prowess. Making her able to keep up with the most durable men of the North Briggs Militia. Her designs again brought great interest and she was soon tasked to see what she could do for the Army given the time.

She began to efficiently lower the usage of the Army's supplies while optimizing their functionality. Waste was one thing an Army never could get rid of, but the way that Deadra managed it it was scarcely noticed. She began to optimize more and more of the Army's functions. She quickly rose the ranks as she demonstrated she was not only capable, but intelligent enough to take on more responsibility. Settling into her rapidly growing rank, she began to prioritize what she wanted. To gain all the information she could, she would have to leave the information department. She soon transferred to the Power Department, and began to see what war was. She learned about battle tactics, the ravages of Alchemists, and in doing so wanted to surpass their reliance on such a power. She didn't have Alchemy to use or wield, but she could turn that into an advantage. All she needed was the tools to do so, so she set out to take over the Department, and do just that.

It was no easy feat, however, her progress in the ranks had halted to a dead stop. This department, did not care for her inventions, only the results. The problem with that was, she was rarely deployed to do work. It took her three years to mount the experience necessary to take over the department, and even then it didn't go over smoothly. She finally worked up the courage to challenge her superior, and after the duel was settled she had taken over the department. Something reminiscent of a hostile takeover, but she was respected for her efforts. Now she seeks to reform the department and demonstrate the true power that the North Briggs can bring to the table for Amestris. First things first was getting in tight with Reila, something she heard was not incredibly easy.
