BRIEFING:
→ Being that Marcus doesn't have the Yakuza to rely on any longer, and being that people are very much out to get him, what with the minor adjustments he's had to make to his life, he's decided that instead of running, he's just going to have himself a last resort and an insurance policy.

In the form of a Walther P99.

The pistol itself is standard. Fairly swanky piece of kit with a 16-round detachable 9x19mm Parabellum box magazine, and Marcus knows jack-shit about it aside from how to fire it (point it at someone, pull the trigger lots of times, and hope it goes off). It's the only weapon he ever wants to have, standard-issue, nothing special, and probably the only weapon he ever will have.
