After the Arrival Empty After the Arrival

Scion sat down on the bench in one of the halls of the West City Military HQ. It would seem there was a lot of movements and people were running around. Of course it was to be expected, for this place was where the remnants of the South City Defence Force run away to. And yes - it was very accurate to say that they ran away. A lot of paperwork and reports were organized and all kinds of documents needed to be done. All this was meaningless to Scion - the Horsemen needed no such thing. They were not bounded by such foolish things, and their actions would never have any documentation. All their orders were spoken - and not written, all their actions were carried out in secret. Law was nothing to them - they were the law!
But this... something happened that Father was not able to foresee? Was it a miscalculation? It would seem that this was one of the Father's first mistakes on Scion's memory and nothing like this ever happened before.

Death looked over the hallway, now it was nearly empty and no one was around, even so he did not remove his hood and mask, leaving only his bright green eyes to the view. His sword, Lilith, was lying on his knees, his other sword was still in it's sheath. Scion looked himself over. His clothes - the dark-grey cloak had a few holes in it, his pants had ripped on his right knee, his boots were in good condition, only covered with dirt from the battleground. The bandages on his hands were also dirty. His pistol was in it's sheath, on the other side of the belt.
Scion looked to his left and to his right. Everything was clear, but he always checked to be sure.

"Nii-san, what's the matter? Are you sad cuz you lost the battle?" - a girly voice sounded in Scion's head. It's been a while since Lilith spoke to him, but the sudden speech did not startle Scion.

"No. I was just wondering if this was all a part of Father's plan. I need to be sure, I'll head towards Central after a while." - Scion spoke with his usual lifeless, tired voice. Right now he was in his usual state - he was hollow inside. Perhaps if he killed someone he would feel a little more "alive".
