BRIEFING:
→ Wind: With a wave of his hand, Nero utilizes the air pressure and doubles it using his alchemy. In the direction in which he waved his hand, two blade vacuums fly out in the shape of an X directly at his opponent. When it touches flesh, it bursts open a gash unlike the cutting of a knife. What it does is it pulls out the skin so quickly and forcefully that it creates a small hole. This works well against Earth Alchemy, it works average against Wind Alchemy, and poor against Water Alchemy. When against Fire Alchemy, it would just really feed the flames towards him, or have the flames go to where ever the wind is made to go.

→ Fire: Nero needs to know the air pressure of the general area, and what the wind speeds get up to. The Oxygen levels need to range from normal to high. If the oxygen levels are too low, the fire would just die out quickly. Wind speed also plays a roll in this, so the ideal speed is virtually no wind, but it can be used within any wind speed, but if there's wind going faster than 40 miles per hour, that wind will put out the fire. For Nero to used this Alchemy, he needs some type of fire or ember within ten feet of him to use part of the flame from it and use it in his own alchemy.

→ Ice: For his Ice alchemy, nero needs to know the moisture levels in the air to he can effectivly make the hail from the moisture from the air. If the air has alot of moisture in the air, then there will be more or larger peices of hail, whichever one he wants to create. But if the air has little to no moisture in the general area, then the hail won't form, and the alchemy will fail.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Wind Vacuum
Nerosé's alchemic ability is that of the wind. For him to be able to preform his alchemy, he needs to create a strong movement of force with his hand to direct the wind. With this, he creates a vacuum and it moves towards his enemy in the shape of an X blade. If the wind that he uses, hits anything, it looks like a hole once a screw is taken out of it.

→ Flame Vacuum
To his Wind Vacuum, Nero adds fire. Once he has added flame to the equation, his attack will become an X blade of fire in the air. What it does after hitting the target is it creates a singed hole, just like what the wind would do, except it burns the hole into someone. This also has a drawback, the wound is also cauterized, thus stopping the bleeding, but causing more nerve damage.

→ Shooting Hail
When Nero uses this, he uses his left hand and touches the transmutation circle on his right forearm with the transmutation circle on his palm. For him to use this, he needs to create a strong movement of force with his hand to direct the wind. With this, he creates a vacuum, but instead of forming the X blades, he uses the vacuum is used to propel balls of hail (which were formed just after the vacuum). The ice can range from a size of a marble to the size of a softball. The smaller the size of the hail, the faster it will go and more chance they have of piercing the skin. The larger they are, the slower they go, but there will be more damage, as they will be stronger than the smaller ones.
