BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation circle is a larger circle that has diamonds going through the line of it constantly, within that circle is a smaller circle that contains an upside down pentagram. By utilizing the transmutation circles that are located on his hands, Valentino is able to freeze things eventually to a chilling -15 degrees Celsius. This applies to solids. Valentino must be in contact with the object or substance to initiate the chain. Fire cannot be frozen.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

→ Valentino is able to freeze any substance that comes into contact with his body. Lowering it's temperature and freezing it to a chilling -15 degrees Celsius. When the substance freezes it starts a chain reaction by stealing neighboring heat energy in an attempt to revert back to equilibrium, in turn, freezing them down to the cellular level. The chain reaction can only go 10m. The warmer something is, the longer it takes for the substance to freeze completely. Anything above 45 degrees Celsius cannot be frozen, the gap in temperatures is too great and would cause an instant explosion if attempted. The substance must be a solid to start the chain.

1. Form: How and why is there a transmutation circle on his tongue?
2. Briefing: -50 degrees Celsius is a little much.
3. Briefing: "Since energy cannot be destroyed and can only change form, the energy that is taken from the electrons is given off as light energy; creating a bright flash of light momentarily." --Just take that part out.
4. Briefing: "When the substance freezes it starts a chain reaction by stealing neighboring electron's energy in an attempt to revert back to equilibrium, in turn, freezing them." --What does this mean? If you are implying that by freezing one thing, you freeze another, then I'm going to have to say that you need a specified range that your alchemy effects.
5. Briefing: You need to tell me what he needs to know in order to make this work.
6. Special Abilities: You copy and pasted what you already had. You need to write something new here or delete that part from briefing since that isn't really a briefing anyway. For Briefing I was to know HOW he does his alchemy. What enables him to slow down the movement of electrons??
7. Form: All typical alchemy and alkahestry has a light-blue glow. That enhanced by philosopher's stones has a blood-red. Only human transmutation has a purple discharge.

1) Cut out any talk of slowing down electrons as a cause; it's simple freezing alchemy. Electrons slow down as an effect of temperature drop, not a cause. Electrons slowing down wouldn't necessarily mean temperature drop, either. Could be increase in mass, surface area, etc.

2) Restrict it to solids or liquids at level one.

Question: do humans count as a solid or a liquid?

Solid. Take the outer layer as their skin. Though I'd say if there's an exposed wound, you could freeze the blood should you choose liquid.

However, human temperatures fluctuate, and could well exceed 38 degrees in event of fever, and for chimerae with animals with naturally hot blood. I'd advise you to change the 38 to 40-45 just to make that more distinct and clear-cut.
