→ He stands at a massive 6'10" weighing in at a massive 250lbs of almost pure muscle. His ishvalan decent gives him the red eyes and white hair the isvalans are known for. he wears a set of armor built specially for him it gives him an extra 2” when he wears in making him a massive 7' tall monster and giving him another 75 pounds of weight. The armor has demon faces on it. He has a scar that runs over both eyes in a crescent moon shape with a second scar running vertically on his forehead bisecting the first. he has long white head which fall out from under his hood ending on his upper chest. he carries a massive sword which has images of screaming faces on it. He can use guns but prefers to use his sword. Though he sometimes forgoes using his sword and grabs random objects (including but not limited to such items as: bar stools, chairs, tables, doors, desks, and other people) to beat people with when in fights.

PERSONALITY:
→Growing up on the streets gave him a strong sense or right and wrong and the powerful ability to completely ignore that same sense. He loves to fight and all sorts of weapons. That came from his time in the military. He also enjoys anything that can move fast; so cars, motorcycles, planes, helos, and speedboats are awesome to him. The streets exposed him to things he should have not been exposed to at his age, he feels that women who he grew up with were trying to hard and too fake; now he would much prefer a female who can hold her own with him. He has become desensitize to death and more often then not laughs at dead people and rates how people died. He best he has ever seen was when he hit a baseball through a window and managed to knock his target out of an opposite window while the target was on a train. Completely accidental he was just hitting a ball around and hit it too hard.
→He hates banjos cause he once got chased around north city by some nut-job with a banjo trying to get his money out of him, playing and singing badly the entire way. Unfortunately for him it was the same day that he lost all his money to some ugly people in poker. It was just a bad day for him. He has had to hunt down enough traitors, that he hates them for the fact he normally is one of the ones hunting them down and kill/capture them. When he is on a job, nothing stands in his way, and little social niceties, like knocking, asking, mercy, and the law tend to go out the window. he is as blunt, and subtle as a sledgehammer to the face.

HISTORY:
→ War was raised on the streets of north city. His earliest memory was was of him self beating an older street urchin over a small loaf of bread. He often watched the military preform and work through out the town. That was his life till age 18 when he enlisted in the military. He scored high on the services test and on the strength test and was pushed to join Spec Ops. five years later he was selected for a trial program known as the Horsemen. 3 other males were selected. They were retrained to be the best. Trained to hunt and kill. If the Alchemists are the Dogs of the Military, then they were the Wolves. They trained to do the impossible and do it alone. They became War's family, his life. They reported directly to the office of the Führer. They only ever reported as the call signs: War, Plague, Famine, and Death.
→During his time in Spec Ops training, he learned all sorts different types of things. The basics of every language was taught to him. He learned rapid insertion and execution. What morality that was left was beaten out of him. They executed operations all over the world, executing the enemies of the military. Rouge alchemists, and military units. The thoughts of the slums and alleyways of north city and the bitting frost were far away from his thoughts. They were often ordered to execute orders of questionable morality. They did them with no hesitation and the only question was “how do we get there?” They once slaughtered a camp full of rebels. They didn't just kill the fighters they slaughtered everyone; the women and children were cut down like cattle in a slaughter house. 3 years after joining the Horsemen, he was sent to Ishval to take care of a small uprising.
→At age 25 he had saved up enough to have an Alchemist create his personal armor and because they were suppose to be a Spec ops team they were given a bit more liberties in their uniform, he chose to wear it as his main active uniform and the normal uniform while on base around the high ups. Age 26 as he was reading some history books about the Elric brothers a name kept on popping up: “Scar”. He went digging a bit more into the Ishvalan people of the same time and discovered who Scar was. He was impressed. A lone warrior killing off so many high ranking state alchemists. While Lucas would never do something like that he understood why he had done what he had done. Mean while rumors of 4 soldiers who did the impossible and did it quickly, quietly, and silently filtered through out the military.
→He lost his original team in an accident on the way back from a mission in Xing. Since then he has collected new group together to work as the Fuhrur's hand. Since then two of them have died from wounds taken in the escape from their last mission. They were buried at a hidden part of military cemetery, built for those who died in active duty in black ops missions many of the graves contained no body as they were not able to retrieve the body. This portion of the cemetery contained one of the two places where one could find all the names of those died working as spec ops. The other was on a wall inside the spec ops wing of the military HQ. He had gotten the names for the new group from some of the other leaders in charge of different spec ops units and one from Reila from when he went north on orders from father to question her on her loyalties. He got what he needed and managed to piss her off at the same time.

→He participated in the defense of the ruins of south city as well as the defense of west city as well. It was after the completion of the defense of the two cities, he bought a house in rush valley, because one never knows what the future will hold. He was called back to Central City to lead a mission into the heart of Drachma and kill the Drachman Tzar.

Nice, be proud of it! ^_^ I really like the history, very detailed/well thought out.
Just a heads up. I think it's spelt 'Isballan.' And if he weighs 250 pounds... he's gotta be lifting weights like every day. Also remember, he's HUMAN.
