Lucas sat in the back of a van which was located just on the other side of the wall from the compound where the current leader of Drachma was meeting with his top military leaders. Lucas's sword was placed on the inside of the van next to him and strapped to his legs were 2 9mm silenced pistols. Lucas turned to the others in the van. “Intelligence states that him and his top leaders are plotting to attack Briggs. They are meeting right now to discuss when and how to attack. The plan is to get in kill everyone in the meeting and destroy any and all battle plans they might have. The meeting room is on the top floor and as far from the stairs as one can get. We will be working with weapons free. Kill anyone who sees us but try to keep noise to a minimum. Any questions?” As he said this he indicated the floor plan of the building in front of him.

Xan was sitting across from Lucas and just as War had his sword next to him, Famine's scythe, Ambition, was located on his right side waiting for its master to pick it up and wield it in mortal combat. The Ishvalan himself was dressed for the occasion, wearing his arctic-Matrix gear for the occasion of being up North where eyes were everywhere, and only a few of them were friendly.

Xan was wearing a long trench coat, a pair of white gloves, and a pair of boots, slacks, and a semi-formal style shirt. All of his clothes were white, even the white mask and white tie he was wearing.

The clothes provided a sense of relative warmth against the icy temperatures of Drachma thanks to thermal alchemical padding equipped on the inside, gave a sort of camouflage when outside thanks to the white color against the white snow, and were very stylish.

Perfect.

After hearing War speak about the mission, Xan nodded and reached for Ambition. He understood the mission perfectly. What was there not to understand about a simple assassination mission? The only question that the Homunculus could possibly have to ask would be why all of the Horsemen were needed for this task. However, it honestly didn't matter; either way, they were all here now, and there was a Tzar that needed to be assassinated.

Only one: When do we begin the mission?

Scion sat to the left from Famine, looking at his own boots, with his hood down and his mask on, as if he showed absolutely no interest in the things that War was saying. Actually he was listening very attentively and heard and memorized every word Lucas said. The task seemed to be simple - get in, kill anything that moves or doesn't, make as less noise as possible, dispose of any important documents found and get out. It would all actually depend on the enemy numbers, level of security and the enemy's skills. Of course these three were War, Famine and Death - not many people could stand up to their combined power, but caution was still necessary.
Death was in his usual attire - a cloak with a hood and mask, that covered his face, his hands were bandaged, a light scarf around his neck, also two belts - one for his cloak and the other for his sheaths. On his legs - a pair of brown light pants and leather boots with steel sole. He never wore any distinctive clothing, that could reveal his identity, blending in the image of a traveller.
Finally he raised his head and spoke, after Famine of course - he would not interrupt him in any way... that would be impolite:

"What kind of resistance shall we meet and is there anything special about the ones participating in the meeting?" - Scion's voice, as always, was divoid of any kind of emotion - it was polite, but unnatural. - "Anyway - Lilith will have her share of blood tonight. And this will come in handy." - Scion lifted his right arm, in which he held his custom-made Magnum with modified precision that he used in the battle of South City not long ago. Now it also had a silencer on it. Custom-made as well.
Death looked at War, waiting for his answer.

Sitting next to Scion, also referred to as Death, was Karyu, the one known as Plague. He sat with his legs crossed feminenly, listening to every word Lucas spoke. As a former client and soldier of the Drachman army, he knew all he needed to know in order to get close to the Drachman Tsar. He was dressed in his usual attire he wore for assassination missions of high risk. He wore a all black leather cloathing, his shirt sleeveless, and his leather pants rather tight on his legs. He wore black, zipper heels, and bore a mask that looked like decaying skin on the upper left side of his face, hiding the left side of his forehead, cheek, and eye. His hair was tinged with blonde hair dye, not completly overpowering his naturally brown hair. His eyes appeared to be grey, due to the contacts he was wearing, and his leather black gloves seemed to camouflage itself with his long, leather jacket, which too was black. He had black headphones in his hear that played, what seemed to be, Auregese screamo. He, however, spoke after Death finished his statement, not wanting to start any trouble or seem rude.

"If we fail this mission, and the Tsar escapes... Then what?"

His voice was diffrent from the others, very light, gentle, and sweet, yet filled with murderous intent behind it. Karyu sighed lightly before an answer could be given, not so much worried about them failing... But it was a question of importance incase some chose to 'turn' the tables around. He planned an entrance point, a killing point, and an exit point, along with a route that would help them get to the Tsar quickly and quietly. The thought of his blade ripping through the flesh of the Tsar drove him into ecstasy, however, he withheld his sexual pleasure for now, and placed a disturbing smile across his face. His eyes slendered slightly as his smile took shape, and the pupils became wider, almost raging in excitement at the thought of killing. Karyu quickly grabbed a dagger and cut the palm of his hand, raising it above his mouth, allowing the blood to drip freely into his mouth. He chuckled slightly before he spoke again, his voice slightly sadistic in a ill way.

"If we fail... We will pay the ultimate price, correct? Tahaha..."

After he finished his little sarcastic comment, he quickly uttered something in a whisper, however, whatever he spoke was inhuman, inaudible, and very demonic, as his head gave a slight twitch and his voice seemed to echo as if others whispered with him.

"As far as I know there is nothing special about the members of this meeting, just normal military leaders. there should be about 6 of them. as for security, they tried not to draw attention to the meeting. So there should be little extra guards but that doesn't mean let your guard down anyone there could set off the alarms and if that happens our way out is the garage where we will steal a military jeep preferably one with a gun of sorts and we make for the border as we try to lose them. OK it's time. Grab your weapons and lets bring the Apocalypse to Moscow. And Plague, you should know we don't fail.” Lucas said this all as he stood up, grabbed his sword and stepped out the van. He drew his pistols and calmly started walking over to the doors to the military compound. The guards at the door got as far as looking over before their brains were splattered over the wall behind them. “Come we don't want to keep them waiting.”

(oc:the building is five stories tall with no direct staircases all the way up for protection. one has to cross the building to get to the next staircase. I'll be trying to keep my post to one or two per floor unless something major happens.)

Xan chuckled as he placed a firm grip on Ambitions' cross shaped handle; the cold steel glinted malevolently as it met with the light from outside of the van. Although it would have been a simple matter to use his true powers and eliminate any opposition inside of and near the building, Xan felt that doing so would take away from the excitement of the mission, and so even as Pride's voice whispered its murderous intent into his ear, the Ishvalan chuckled and told the voice to be patient for a while longer; its chance would come soon. You know, it's not like you won't be amused yourself within around two or three minutes, Pride.

Pride made a sound that was reminiscent of quiet laughter as it felt the amusement that its container derived from its task. Purple eyes and fanged mouths appeared in the shadows and on the wall when Xan approached the door to the compound. The soldiers were lucky that they had already perished; Pride would have done much worse to them than simply scattering their fragile human skulls and their soft brains over a wall. This is true, I shall derive some pleasure from this task, even though I'll be forced to hold back a little. Just know that next time, the first blood of a battle will belong to me, Icarus.

Xan nodded, knowing even as he spoke that the shadow being that was Pride was planning to kill everything that it could reach. For some reason, the thought of that much blood exhilarated Xanthus; his eyes flashed purple even as he licked his lips and smiled in anticipation. So, who wants to break down the door? Or do we enter the old fashioned way?

Scion listened to what War had to say and followed him out of the van, when Lucas got out. He held his Magnum in his right hand still, and his left hand was ready to preform a quickdraw technique to free Lilith from her sheath in a matter of a split second. Such was his skill with the blade.
Once the two guards were put down, they stopped at the door. Then Famine asked the others about who is going to break down the door. Breaking down was too noisy, and Scion moved in front of the troublesome door. His left hand grasped his blade and with little to nothing sound the blade cut the door in half, horizontally, in a flash of light. The other three Horsemen reflected in the blade for about 2 seconds, then Death made two steps back, ran forward, falling down and sliding through the lower part of the door, forcing it open. Five shots, exactly through the head, were made as Death started his work - two guards near the door itself and 3 others, playing a card game - "Durak", at the table ahead.
Then Scion pushed open the upper half of the door, allowing the others to come in without making much sound.

"It seems they thought no one else would obtain such classified information about their gathering. However, I assume that these were simply assigned on guard duty here to alert the ones higher of any attempt of assault." - it was a dry statement, in which Scion shared his theory with the others, as they came inside.

Everyone seemed to get out their one cent and quirky comments before War arose to his feet and left out the van with his blade. Karyu, following behind Famine and Death, grabbed his gunblade, Rei, and made his way out the van. Karyu watched in slight boredom as War blasted the brains of the two guards before them at the door before they could even think, and withheld his slight laughter as Death cut through the door ad eliminated possible threats behind the door. Such a task would surely be completed in a matter of seconds, but there was no point in complaining. He casually walked in behind the others and watched as two more guards came towards them in confusion. Plague, being the gentleman that he was, simply snapped his fingers, and the two guards' eyes widened and they gritted their teeth as they tried to move... to speak... to SCREAM!!

Wasting no time, Karyu walked over to them, and slid his blade through their necks, causing blood to fly across the room. He sighed slightly, and snapped his fingers once more, before he turned back to War with a slight smile on his face. He could've easily used his gravity alchemy to take him to walk up the wall of te building... But where would the fun be in that? He non-chalantly walked behind the group and stared at the door that was sliced open before he spoke quietly, in a monotonous tone...

"It'd be a waste of time walking up steps... I think I'll just take the elevator, hm?"

Knowing his place, Plague would await the permission of War on whether or not he could move on the outer brinks while the others infiltrated the inside. It'd be alot easier for him if these things were ended quickly, prficiently, and... Quietly.

War walked through the ruined doors of the entrance hall. “there isn't an elevator here. We have to take the stairs.” He pushed his way through the doors towards the flight of stairs with was down the hallway. As he went through the doors six random military officers came around a corner down the hall and turned to face War. Almost instantly his guns came up emptying them into the stunned officers. They went down in a heap leaking blood all over the place. War dropped the now useless guns and drew his sword letting it rest on his shoulder. As he moved forward he purposely stepped on the head of a still moving officer crushing it like an overripe melon, coating the immediate vicinity with bits of brain matter, skull fragments, and blood. When War reached the stairs there was someone who had just exited them, War grabbed his head and imbedded it into the near by wall and continued on up the stairs.

oc:been in lots of military buildings very few have working elevators.

Xan watched with silent amusement as Death destroyed the doors, Plague walked in and slaughtered a couple of the guards, and War brutally unleashed hell upon several. Apparently the other three were having their fun without Xanthus and Pride...well, that would have to be put to an end, now wouldn't it?

With a sigh, Xanthus contacted the spirit of Pride whom he shared his special bond with. Hey Pride, do you mind? Honestly, he need not have bothered asking; Xanthus and Pride were connected at the soul, thus the Homunculus knew of Xan's plan while it was still a thought, though the asking part was still appreciated...not that the Homunculus truly cared for such things. As Xan's shadow began to snake its way upstairs, rapidly overtaking War and entering the second hall, the Ishvalan licked his lips in anticipation and smiled. This would be interesting...

Shadows began to move, slithering about on the second floor. The guards assigned to guard this floor saw the shadows approaching and were already making preparations to defend themselves; one was reaching for the alarm whilst groups of twos, threes, and fours were crouching behind whatever cover they could find, guns aiming at the only entrance present, which was the entrance from the stairs that the shadows were using. They must have thought that the shadows heralded some form of alchemist or some other form of nonsense, which would explain their weapons being pointed towards the door. If only they knew...

Fools! No mortal weapon could save them now.

All at once, dozens of eyes opened, and mouths filled with sharp teeth began to grin malevolently at the soldiers. The lights went dim as shadows began to cover the walls, and one by one, the men noticed these things and began to panic. However, before they could even scream, they all found themselves suddenly impaled through key areas; the heart, the brain, the throat...some were even literally torn limb from limb then decapitated. Blood spurted up from the bodies and ran in huge puddles on the floor. One who had been run through, but was still partially alive was wondering why the alarm had not been sounded, and he looked up. The last sight that he saw was of a man totally shredded by what looked like his own shadow. Needless to say, the man would never have stopped screaming at the sight had he not died a few seconds later.

Now going up the stairs, Xanthus himself grinned and chuckled darkly.

Nice job Pride...first and second floors cleared. Though I suppose that it would not be any fun if you killed everyone in the place. Next time leave me a few please.

A single purple eye opened on Ambition's blade, and a smile appeared on the side of the blade that the eye was not on.

Perhaps you should have specified that Xanthus?

The Ishvalan shrugged...Pride had a point.

Death saw as Famine's shadow suddenly stretched forward, without minding the laws of the universe or lighting the shadow continued to make it's way upwards the stairs. Scion did not smirk, but if he would have normal emotions - he would do so.

"Those Nii-sans are scary." - Scion understood that Lilith was talking about Xan, and only about him. Lilith wasn't afraid of others, but seemed to feel a little stressed around Famine. Whatever the reason - Scion didn't really care. He has seen Xan exercising his powers at South City, where they first met. It was there Scion recruited him.
While walking upwards Death sheathed his pistol and swapped the hand holding Lilith. Now that he used his right hand - he could preform even greater feats of swordsmanship. Of course, Death was ambidextrous, but he still had more focus on his right hand.
As they opened the next door and entered the hall a gruesome scene was to behold. It was like a massacre happened here - bits and pieces of flesh, bone and internal organs were scattered everywhere, but to Scion's surprise there were a few whole bodies with just holes in them. The sight would make almost anyone vomit, but not Death. Apart from having little emotion - he had seen such sights not once or twice. He presumed the same could e said for the other three. He could even bet that Plague would like this scene and would make an interesting, possibly revolting comment, or an action in the same manner.

"My, how messy. You could have at least done it with much more style." - Death made a pause. He thought that Death had to be quick, precise and beautiful. - "Then again, this can be called a certain style, right Plague?" - Scion wanted to hear what Plague had to say about it.
Meanwhile he started to look for anything interesting inside the room itself. Perhaps he could short-circuit the lighting system on this floor from here. Then he could create the best surroundings for himself - darkness.

Karyu skipped along behind Death and Famine, feeling disappointed that War had not quite understood his elevator joke earlier on, but made no attempt to explain. Maybe it'd be best if things just happened slowly, calmly, and... As humanly as possible? He smiled warmly, his mask and clothing not fitting his smile at all. Once they approached the scattered bodyparts and bodies filled with holes, Karyu was the first to run up to them and begin picking them up and tossing them aside... However, very few were lucky to become a small meal, having Karyu bite a finger or two off and enjoy the sweet flesh in his mouth. He then started tossing diffrent body parts into a pile, and finally made a pile almost as tall as him... Which wasn't much, seeing as how he was very short.

"You are right about that. It was an abstract piece at first, but I have turned it into a mini picasso. Teehee!"

Karyu skipped along, trying to keep up with the two when he suddenly noticed a slight movement in the corner. With a quick, dramatic swipe, he snapped his fingers, causing a bodyguard who hid in all the death to make a slight groaning sound as the gravity increased around his body, snapping a few bones. Karyu walked ahead of the others and knelt down beside the man, staring at him sadistically. He whispered slightly, his whispers echoing as if hundreds of voices spoke at once. He slowly put his face closer to the mans before he gave him a light kiss on the lips, and he spat up blood onto Karyu's face. Karyu pulled out a cloth and cleaned himself well before he looked down at the mans stomach which was wide open. Karyu had slid a bullet into the mans mouth, and after crushing his organs with his gravity alchemy, set the bullet to explode. His entrails to fly onto the ceiling, walls, and apparently, even on Karyu.

"He'll make good bomb fuel, no? What do you think, Famine? Second prize? Tahahaha..."

Karyu's eyes turned grey as he stared at the man, and his smile turned into that of a psychotic sadist. He arose to his feet and cleaned the blood out of his blonde and brown hair, trying to rough it back up into its original fashion. This was becoming a little bit funner. However, Karyu decided he'd avoid getting his hands as dirty as usual... His clothes were aleady ruined! Then again he could always buy more clothes. He simply shrugged and began skipping once more, and even sang a little tune in his favorite little demonic tone.

"Banzai... My voice for worship? Explosion... Tahahahahaha!"

Karyu had the need to make something else go boom... And so he did. He made his way towards the second stairway, when four guards saw him approaching, and before they could even make a complaint, they were on their knees before him. Karyu put his gun to the head of the first and blew his head into a hundred pieces, before looking at the second and raising his foot upward, past his head. The man tried begging, but his gums only flooded his mouth with blood as he struggled, but his suffering would not last long. Plague's foot came down on the mans head, crushing it completly, and leaving his brains on the heel of Karyu's foot. He simply smiled before he spun around and decapitated the other two guards, and sliced their arms off with a pirouette and a horizontal kick that led him to slicing the bodies in half.

War stepped over the bodies, stabbing any that showed any signs of movement. Suddenly an alarm went off. War looked around and spotted a man who was smiling with blood dripping dripping from his mouth. He had some sort of item in his hand. War stomped over to him and pulled the item out of his hand. It was a mobile alarm trigger. War grabbed him and tossed him out a near by window to his death along with the trigger. “Damn we better hurry. They are sure to try to put up a defense now that they know we are here. Remember after we kill the Czar we are headed down to the garage and stealing one of their vehicles.” War continued on his way the bodies that were in his way were kicked, crushed, or tossed like a battle-cruiser through rough waves. They didn't even slow him down. He kicked open the door to the stairwell and ran up them.

OC: this topic will end right out side the doors to the czar. part 2 will be the killing and the escape back to briggs.

Xanthus never broke stride; the bodies of the men through whom he waded and simply went through were either already dead, being killed by the other three Horsemen, or were somewhere in between, but mostly all had been dead before any of the Horsemen had made it up the stairs.

Hearing Plague say something about bomb material and second prize, Famine absently agreed with him, thinking about the best way to finish the mission; perhaps War should kill the Tzar? Hmm...perhaps Death or Plague could do it...maybe he could do it himself? Nah, there would be no fun in that...

Xan's musing was interrupted by the sound of alarms going off. Suddenly, things had become much more interesting, intense, and exciting! The Ishvalan closed his red eyes; he would not be needing to open them for a while, and they would only hinder him at this point.

Pride, I am ready whenever you are.

Pride chuckled, amused by the alarms going off all over the building. Poor Drachmans...they honestly believed that being prepared would save them from the Apocalypse? (For what else could such a brutal display of power be called but a minor apocalypse?)

Once again, Xan's shadow moved forth ahead of his body, this time disappearing up the stairs, where they did something that would aid Xanthus quite a bit in the next few minutes...

Eyes opened all over the building, at least three on every wall, granting Xan a full view of everything that was going on throughout the building; he could even see the Drachman Tzar, though the Leader of Drachma was hardly anything interesting to look at right at the moment.

Instead, the Homunculus focused on providing sight to Xanthus' body that showed him the important details, particularly where enemies were hiding...as if there were any places to hide from Famine.

Xanthus opened his eyes as he began to walk, perhaps even glide up the stairs, holding Ambition tightly in his right hand, the blade still bearing the mark of Pride's presence. However, there was something different about the Ishvalan; instead of his eyes being crimson red, they appeared to be turning a violet purple color that had a splash of red that appeared to originate from the pupils.

This was the result of Xan and Pride truly becoming one, which they did rarely. Xan laughed, revealing a darkness that was inside of his body that appeared as a mist-type form to come out of his mouth. His scythe was even covered with darkness, resulting in a longer, even sharper point and a handle that was covered with thin eyes and mouths.

And even Xan's body appeared to become darker as shadows crawled across his very flesh, coating him in what appeared to be an armor made of Pride's shadow. Now, when he smiled, it appeared that his teeth were sharpened to points like knives, and even as he prepared to run, Xan found that the shadows were lifting him up slightly off of the stairs to boost him to his destination.

Easily, the Homunculus overtook War, and with one slice, cut a door into two pieces that was blocking access to the hall that led to the stairs.

Soldiers screamed as darkness entered the room and grabbed one of the men by the throat, crushing it and flinging the body against a group of his allies. Without looking, Xan pointed a finger across the room and sent a shadow into a gunman's' heart without a second thought. Another was cut into halves by Ambition, and still another was thrown out of a nearby window.

Another fanged smile appeared on Xan's lips as he continued to carve out his own personal crest of blood...right in the middle of Drachman territory. Oh, the irony.

Death would smile when he heard what Plague had to say, but he did not. Maybe only on the inside. Then he looked away, concentrating on his task, as suddenly he heard the alarm go off. His head dated to the right, only to see War throw some guy through a window. It seems now that the enemy was alerted - there would be only death coming for anyone who stood in the Horsemen's path.
Death followed War, his light steps making little sound when moving. War wasn't concentrating much on single targets, preferring to move like an unstoppable demolition machine. Famine and Death followed him, and while Famine began to speed up and obviously go in front of War, which was a bad idea, Death stayed behind.

His blade, like the wind, the only things a normal person could see would be lines of light or air as Death moved his sword arm. Lilith was cutting everything in it's way, bringing swift, cold and unavoidable judgement Scion could only pass - DEATH. He was cleaning after the first two - anyone spared by mistake was his target. Straight lines and splashes of blood flew in the air, going in different directions, as Lilith slashed through the flesh, bone, stone and steel, it easily made it's way through the armoured guards.
One of the survivors aimed a gun at Death, it was a semi-automatic one hand gun. Nothing Death couldn't handle. In an instant - the man's arm flew off, followed by some blood, as Lilith cut the man's arm off just higher off the elbow. The man only then understood what happened, his eyes turned wide and he wanted to scream. It was too slow for Death - he needed to move forward. A thrust, preformed with blinding speed, and his sword impaled the man in the throat and cut into the floor. He drew out the sword and stepped over his last victim. As he walked further words escaped his mouth:

DRACHMAN:"I am the Void. I am the cold, I am the judge, I am the jury, I am the executor. I am Death. I come..." - this time his voice was not as emotionless as always - his words were like a cold wind, shivering everyone's souls and flesh. He spoke loudly and calmly. Truly a horrifying sight. Even so more than a demonic laughter.

Karyu calmed himself down after his little speech and fun, looking back at War, Death, and Famine with a slight, warm smile on his face. He had an innocent look of a five year old child who was always obedient to his parents... This was the downfall of all his targets. He chuckled lightly, however, that laughter was cut short when he heard the sound of an alarm and watched as War launched a man out a window. The sneaky bastard had triggered the alarm while the Horsemen played about... How unproffesional of them and on such an important mission. He sighed slightly, but before he could even do anything, War, Famine, and Death all began killing relentlessly, and, unfortunately, for Karyu, he was right in their path. As War and Famine took off past him, his hair lifted lightly and fell over his eyes. He sighed and slumped a bit before fixing his hair to see Scion bringing one enemy after another to their knees.

"Damn these hostiles!!"

He snapped his finger in a graceful swipe, and the gravity around him dobled, causing the floor above to crumble behind the Horsemen, leaving a path of rubble to the next floor. Karyu, being left behind by the others, made his way up the rubble with ease, flipping onto the platform and landing gracefully infront of the large, gaping hole he created. Armed guards came rushing at him, but before they could even make it within twelve meters of him, he shot a ingle bullet taht exploded amongst the group, causing them to disperse and fly out windows. The loud explosion blew out the windows along the corridor, and smoke fumed out profuriously, as guards began taking post outside. Karyu opened a rain of fire on them as well, blowing up vehicles and groups of Drachman soldiers who attempted to make their way through the front door.

He continued slaughtering those who attempted to get past them, shooting them down one by one. He soon put up his gun and grabbed a guard, punching him in the throat and snapping his neck. Hequickly caught hold of the body and placed white headphones in his ears that blared instrumental music that seemed to follow a heavy metal type of tone. He waltzed with the dead body, raising the hand of the enemy that wielded the gun and opening fire on any who approached him. He did this for a few minutes before kicking the man out the window and looking back to see the others approaching. It was about time...

War stepped out of the stairwell and laughed as bullets bounced off his chest. He turned and charged the nearest group of soldiers. He grabbed the first one and implanted him in the ceiling while bisecting a second. Then he turned and cut down a third who was on the other side of the one in the ceiling, so he cut the legs off at the knees of the one in the ceiling. Then he grabbed on of the legs and threw it down the hallway hitting a door that was just opening closing it on the face of yet another soldier. The leg continued down the hall way bouncing off random soldiers before in nailed a male soldier in the fork of the legs. He went down with a girlish squeal, and his eyes rolling into his head. War let out a sight wince as he meant to close the door but the poor soldier didn't deserve that as far as he knew.

“I hope you made peace with your god because you will be visiting his soon enough.”

So much pain, suffering, and oh yes...blood. Famine was enjoying himself immensely as he ended the lives of men with simple gestures, pointing, and slices of Ambition. With every step forward that he took, Xan easily cut down at least three men, and he was taking quite a few steps to get to the stairwell.

Eventually, the Drachmans who stood before the Horsemen began to see the futility of fighting this losing battle any longer and began to retreat, going up the stairs in order to form what they doubtlessly believed would be a final, nearly impassable barrier between these four great Titans, and their precious Tzar, to whom they had sworn their lives. Ignorance truly was bliss if that were indeed the case. Unfortunately for the Drachmans, nothing could save them at this point. They would be receiving no reinforcements, as Plague brought them to their knees before they could even make it to the door, then separated their knees from the rest of their body. The could not hope to kill War nor Famine with their weapons; War's armor and Xanthus' immortality would see to that easily enough. And Death was claiming the lives of men gracefully with clean strokes from his blade.

Indeed, even as Xanthus arrived at the staircase to chase the fleeing Drachmans' he began to wonder if it would be possible for the Horsemen to do this kind of thing more often; banding together to take down military installations that is. Perhaps he would question Aurel or his fellow Horsemen about arranging such a thing later on?

The Homunculus stopped at the staircase and turned to the other three Horsemen. A gleam of dark amusement was shining in his purple eyes.

By all means my friends, after you.

Death was still cleaning up the bits that all the others left. Both his sword and his gun worked with deadly precision, taking one life after another. Such was the fate of all who would dare oppose him, or the Horsemen as a whole. Being a powerful, mobile group, equipped with everything they needed - be that money, weapons or newest technologies - they were unstoppable. Death had time to not only stop and eliminate his targets, but also to observe the actions of his fellow Horsemen. War was as direct as always, Plague seemed to be the one enjoying this the most and Famine seemed to be caught up in what he was doing. As for Death.... he was doing his job. It was as simple as that. Perhaps if he told someone of this - they would accuse him of being inhumane, or a monster perhaps... other, normal people would feel so much disgust for him they would rather kill him on the spot to free this world from such an abomination.
He was truly a hollow man. No fear, no remorse, no pity, no joy. He did not even feel any pleasure or fulfilment from this slaughter. Perhaps Death was even jealous of Plague, if he could truly feel jealousy. However Lilith seemed to be enjoying all this, for it was a long time ago since she tasted so much blood in such a short time.
As the last of these soldiers were put down, Scion stood up straight and flexed his shoulders. He wasn't getting tired, but he was human after all. He had his limits, and it would seem that they were not too far away. Perhaps it was time to give his sister a rest and spend more bullets? Death ignored a stain of blood on his mask, that covered his mouth, feeling a salty taste as he spoke:

Amestrian: "I think that was nearly the last of them. The Tzar would be well aware of our presence by now. How much further until we get there?" - it was during times like these Death would feel like adding a little bit of emotion to his speech, even if he was doing so on purpose and it was an imitation, he felt like it was a right thing to do. - "I'm not one to get impatient, but there's not much of the guards left and the target may try and escape somehow. I advise that we hurry up."

Death stood near the door, beside Famine. He would wait for them to gather here and would follow whoever opened the door and went on further. Scion wasn't a good "head on" fighter. He was a stealthy assasin type or a one-on-one swordsman - he wasn't going to risk anything. Maybe the last of the guards had some heavy weapons stationed behind that door... no one could tell.

Having eliminated the last of the hostiles on his end, Karyu regained his composure and turned back to the others, walking up to Famine and Death. Each of them had their own style, whether it be Death's crushing rush attacks, Famine's deadly, swift slashes, Death's beautiful, getle swipes of justice, or Karyu's own explosive art, together they were an unstoppable force. He stopped right behind Famine and Death, his face emotionless, and his eyes cold and locked on the pathetic blockade ahead. For once, he decided to get serious and allowed his 'darker' side to gain control. He sighed slightly, pushing his blonde and brown bangs from out front of his face and allowing him complete vision of what was ahead of him. He rolled his eyes in boredom and simply stepped back, watching the others carefully. He had no need to spill blood on his hands recklessly anymore, now he just wanted to end things the way they should've gone before.

"Now is the time... To make them bow before the power of Amestris. We must show them the truth... We shall bring forth the blades of rightousness...."

For once, Karyu sopoke of justice and all that was right... WHich wasn't normal for him. However, it was, in a way, completly normal if you knew his true character. His speech was not about 'peaceful' justice and rightousness, but rather the thought of wiping pathetic humans from the ends of this Earth. His hatred of humans was great, which is why he took full pleasure in killing off these fools and blooming red flowers of suicide and mass murder. His cold, grey eyes pierced into those of the soldiers who stood before the Horsemen, and they began to flinch and tremble in fear. He suddenly took a bullet and tossed it before the soldiers, who all stared at it, but only for a few seconds. One of the guards had gone insane in the danger and sight of so much death and the inevidble defeat they would suffer. He saught to end it all and was eady to drive the bullet into his own head, but that didn't happen in enough time, for once the bullet was held high in the air, Karyu snapped his fingers, causing the bullet to explode and kill off many of the soldiers. The one who saught death laid on the ground, laughing and choking on his own blood, repeating something about seeing the light before a bullet entered his head from afar.

"The flowers of suicide bloom for the Goddess..."

Karyu's voice was cold, calculating, and monotonous. He whispered something else after his last statement, however, whatever it was, it was inaudible, demonic, and disturbing. Voices seemed to whisper in his head, begging him to bloom more flower of suicide, but he would wait patiently, until they met the Tsar.[/size]

war strode down the hall way, for their first mission togeather in a long time, the horsemen were working well together. death was still a silent killer like he always was, plague was just as crazy, and famine seemed to have gained some new powers. all in all this was no a fight this was a slaughter. Lucas strode up to a large metal door at the end of the corridor and kicked down the door and inside was the czar and his top generals. who were just in the process of getting up from around a large table where the czar was at the opposite side from the door. war strode over the the table.
"The fuhrer sends his regards." was all he said before he kicked the table across the room crushing the czar between the table and the wall destroying the czar's inner organs and spine in one swift movement.

Before Famine or Plague could do anything, Death followed in through the door and made a dash forwards. A quick clean swipe and four of the generals fell dead. Each had a single big cut through their bodies, which made them almost split apart. But Scion decided that he did not need to show off their deaths. That meant only two of the surviving generals were left standing - of course with a second slash, which was actually 3 slashes, Scion cut the men's weapons apart.
Death swiped off the blood from his sword and slowly sheathed Lilith. Her work was done and she had her share of blood for tonight. Next Death approached the Tzar, who had apparently survived the table crush. Of course he had only about 20 seconds to live - his internal organs were ruptured and could be seen.
The man himself looked like he reached his 30's and he was fairly good-looking. He had short black hair and a truly Drachman face, even though he still had no sign of the aging process. The light in his eyes started to fade, as Scion spoke while towering above him:

"Tzar of Drachma, real name unknown to the public - Danil Dragunoff. Age - 31, gender - male, Militant. For your crimes against the Amestris and your level of threat - you are hereby found guilty and your execution is nigh. We are your Judge, Jury, Court and Executioner." - Death looked back at the others and then turned back to the Tzar. - "May Death embrace you."

Death made four steps back, assuming a position near War. He had said all he needed to. He would not finish the man, he would let him live his last 5 seconds while thinking about what Scion had said.
