BRIEFING:
→ The circle is more of an array of circle of a very weird set, perhaps of a combinations of Riqunzhe alchemy and Cretan alchemy. Having a blackened pattern and something more invisible in the form of a tattoo which adopts the same pigmentation as Shukan's skin so to help keep this alchemical manner a secret, the full tattoo hidden and known fully only by Shukan himself, being the only man to replicate it were it erased or burnt off in some manner. It doesn't have any element and as a result, is more constrained to organic matters and compounds, leaving it better off as a defensive ability but may be used for offense. Shukan knowing full well of the anatomy of humans and humanoids as a doctor of sorts, is very well capable of transmutating bodies and enhancing them for them to get an overall edge over others, even changing them into bony weapons if permitted or change shapes if he wishes and even delay transmutations by a maximum of five seconds before it occurs. His knowledge as a surgeon allows him to refine a body into a weapon and even transfer muscles to enhance a differing part of a body whilst taking into account the several factors behind it such as veins, nerve cords and other inner body workings, emphasizing the equivalent exchange of anatomy especially for Shukan mostly. Having knowledge as a doctor to augment his effectiveness. He may even use this on himself and on others which makes him a very valuable ally and support. Capable of re-arranging wounds rather than healing them so to close them up instantly. In a sense, he just fixes a person through re-arranging rather than let time take it's toll, henceforth his prowess as a battle medic of sorts. Having operated on several patients has given Shukan a model to use for the ideal body, using the model of a certain Patient Modover (a top of the line human of the finest qualities such as agility, strength, reflex and perception) to refine everyone else based on that one patient's anatomy and further enhance it by tweaking a few things as the years went along, able to make a human superior. But due to not being a neural doctor, he unfortunately cannot improve intelligence. (Yup, still no hope for mentally handicapped people.) The trigger relies on touch and from then on can instantly change.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Pretty simply put, Shukan is well versed in one form of alchemy called organic alchemy, relating them to his medicine. Henceforth Shukan's effectiveness as a surgeon and a medic. Being able to re-arrange the body in many ways, but having to follow the laws of equivalent exchange as a result, therefore he cannot simply increase a mass without using some very illegal methods of doing so by integrating muscles of others unto a being. His skills best applied unto human flesh but may also be used on other organic matters. He specializes in combining two similar beings (say two of them are humans), well, parts of them, into one, skipping the whole chimeric concept but going for a similar idea and enhancing the person and may also downgrade them for their safety. Being adept at giving transplants as a result very easily. But due to this practice, Timur goes very very close to the forbidden arts of certain human transmutation techniques. Still, he may only use his alchemy through the form of touch. He must make contact with the object to be transformed or a person to skillfully re-arrange them, which is his forté (so if he wants to insert a heart into someone and eject the old one, he has to make sure the heart is on the person on any part of the flesh to be able to skillfully put it in). He may deconstruct though since his forté lies in re-arranging, therefore he may skip re-arrangement and stop at the second stage of his alchemy. Though it is by no means that effective but as means of destroying diseases within a body. He is also very well capable of using this general ability to lessen the toxicity in muscles and allow someone to have a much faster stamina and even tune in perception of things. Henceforth his skills being better off as a supporter and a medic rather than an all offensive alchemist. He orchestrates his abilities through his hands, having two similar alchemical patterned tattoos on both his forearms so he may execute the ability with quickened ease. This making him very effective especially with his knowledge of human anatomy, and those not human, he simply needs weight to measure them lest he doesn't show as much effect. (Meaning he isn't effective against chimeric opponents as much as humans or humanoids.) He may also use this alchemy upon himself if he wishes.
