Ice transmutation

BRIEFING:
→ Her transmutation circle looks identical to that of the commander of For Briggs. The only difference it holds is that she has four twirls coming out from her central eyes. The four swirls symbolizing the air around her. The two circles on her left represent the balancing of alchemy. To simply put it they are a scale the eye being the pivotal balance. The two circles with words being what holds the power under Yeon-hwa's control in it's liquid or dispersed state. She needs to know what is in the air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane or the likes to be able to convert to her element. Her drawback would be that without the sensitivity of a nose or without being a master of this ability the user cannot tell where the gas is flowing.

Her lightning circle are on the back hand of the two forearm protectors. Which cover the back of her hand, her wrists and her whole forearm, they are made from light, durable yet strong metal suited for extreme weather conditions.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Yeon-Hwa's ability lies within the transmutation of elements that are gas in their natural state to other gases. However her Main and mastered ability is in the transmutation into Liquid Nitrogen (cyrogenic). By transmuting the air around a vicinity of 20meters she may quickly snap freeze her opponents or objects in order to immobilize or even harm her enemies. She is rather skillful at doing this and can pinpoint her exact location and target that she wishes to freeze. Her mastery has come to the extent of being able to freeze her target or location during a blizzard!

→ By stealing electron particles from near by objects ( or from electrical sources) Yeon-hwa is able to shoot a bolt of Highly lethal lightning at a designated target from her fore fingers, toes or any pointed area. How does she steal the electrons? through a similiar principle with her blade, by running her hand over a surface she excites the particles giving them enough energy for her to extract the electrons from the outer energy levels. In theory the concept lies exactly the same as an actual lightning bolt would fall from the sky to the earth. Where the capatitance of the sky and Earth reach a point where the energy jumps at an extremely fast rate towards Earth. One bolt of lightning that Yeon-hwa shoots out is no way near the true strength of lightning (that's just crazy xD) however is enough to pierce and electrocute a person to instant death. However there are key flaws to this 2nd ability, Yeon-hwa must have both her feet planted on the ground to earth any left over amounts of energy. Shooting a bolt while she is not earthed will mean that upon contact of her target Yeon-hwa will also feel the affects of electrocution. To avoid any risk to Yeon-hwa's health she may preform this alchemy only 3 a topic. If she attempts a 4th she will exhaust herself out.

(not going to go in a long explanation over this >_>) Through the transmutation circle Yeon-hwa alters the molecular structure of the Metal Group, Group 2. With intense studies of the number of electrons, valence electrons, boiling point, molecular mass and the likes, Yeon-hwa has successfully managed to turn any group 2 element to another group 2 element. Kinda like how she turns any natural state gas element to another. Her intense training has come to the extent of being able to create composites by mixing different kinds of metal as if they had gone through forging.
