A Well cared for leather bond book sits on the writing desk. It almost looks like nothing important. But the slight fraying of the edges indicate its age. Secrets written into the paper in dark ink could only be the thing under the leather bonding.

((Hoping this might give some more insight to Reaver. If you feel like commenting or want a certain thing you have been wondering explained. Just comment in brackets))

11th August 2003

I moved from the wretched pit of commonality today. for the past year I have been striding amongst the Cretan nobles and slowly shedding my label of a simple commoner layer by layer. Fate may of turned her eye on me and let me be born into the dirty arms of the poor but now she's turned and smiled on me as I shedded the label layer by layer. I have now deserted the commoner title once and for all.

The lord's daughter Bethany has shown great interest in my move. I believe she is hoping I will court her. Though the perks of marrying the girl would be grand. At the moment though I will keep my relationship with her family at merely a business level.

But for tonight I am looking quite foreword to the company of Miss Rose and Miss Elizabeth. The new master bedroom requires breaking in.

15th of March 2005

I Have not been myself as of late. I have had frequent spells of dizziness. My appetite is absent most days and even my taste for fine wine has waned. I would just put this to a flu but other things i have noticed over the past few weeks make me worry more.
Today at the shoot Count Dupree made a comment on my weight. At first I took him wrong and felt the urge to shoot him in his smug ugly face. How dare he make some uncalled comment on my perfect figure! He quickly explained his reasoning on how I had lost weight. Normally a pleasant comment. But reflecting on it I did recall having to do my belt up to full tightness instead of two holes from the tightest. My perfect face was at full gauntness too...eyes sinking and looking so tired...like one from the hard working folk.
I will arrange a trip to the doctor. This needs to be looked into.
