Houka's weather transmutation

→ A sword with a silver blade and black handle with silver ornamentation. The transmutation circle is enscribed on the base of her sword hilt in red. It is sheathed in a black sheath with silver ornamentation.
→ A black glove with a transmutation circle stitched into the cloth in white thread.
→ A white glove with a transmutation circle stitched into the cloth in black thread.



BRIEFING:
→ Her preciptation abilities are almost useless in dry climates as there is little water to manipulate. However, if she has a source of water to focuse into rain then she can still use her ability. Her wind manipulation can be used almost anywhere as long as there is a slight breeze, which can be generated even by the movement of an arm or the swing of her blade. Her abilities are strongest in areas with lots of moisture so it is ideal in a snowy area like the north. These abilities can even be used indoors if their is enough moisture in the air or something to make a breeze, such as her swinging her sword or arm.


These abilities were developed whilst she was recovering from the events in south city and with help from Reila Tsukino to form the wind transumtation circle and combine it with her original transmutation circle in order to make what she called the Blizzard transmutation circle, which was then enscribed on the base of her sword hilt.

However, recently she has split her alchemy circle into the precipitation circle and wind circle in order to allow for better combination abilities with her new alchemy technique Water Bomb. The wind circle remains on her blade, but now the precipitation circle is on a black glove whilst the water bomb is on a white one.

The water bomb technique seperates the Hydrogen and Oxygen in water, ice or mist to create two highly combustible elements which are then caused to explode via alchemy. Her sword has recently been remade into a gunblade in order to further utilise these techniques. Also, she now carries two of these both of which have the wind circle on the base. The wind array had been altered in order to increase its power greatly.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Precipitation: This allows her to condense the moisture in the air to form clouds and then cause it to rain. This can also be used to make a thin fog. Combined with temperature altertation, her second ability, she can use this to make it snow, sleet, hail and make fogs of varying temperatures and thickness.
→ Temperature Alteration: This allows her to alter the temperature of a small area in order to make it hotter or colder and with this remove moisture from the air or condense iy to be manipulated. This also allows for her precipitation ability to create other forms of preciptation other then rain.
→ Wind manipulation: This allows her to manipulate movements of air and pressure to create winds of varying strengths and focus. These movements can be generated by a swing of her blade or by natural movement. This includes making blades of wind that can slice through flesh like a blade. She can also create wind bullets and balls of condensed air. Combining this with her other abilities allows her to create blizzards and launch hail, rain and sleet with force at a target. She can also use this in conjunction with her other abilities to create ice slashes, boiling water slashes and ordinary water slashes. Using this ability she can now generate galeforce winds.
→ Water Bombs: This was a trademark technique of Roy Mustang. However, she has developed it so she no longer needs a lighter or spark to cause the explosion. With alchemy she will seperate the hydrogen and oxygen inside water, ice or mist to create a combustible fuel which she will then cause to explode violently using alchemy. This can be used to launch explosive bullets from her gunblades.

Just make sure, that since everything is combined into a single transmutation circle, that you can't use wind separate from your other abilities. Like she wouldn't be able to wave her sword and have the wind from it slash out and cut them from afar unless she makes it snow or something.
